This was my first time using “Precept Contracting”. I tell you folks, they get the job done. They came highly recommended by a friend of mine. We had a new back deck/screened in porch done. The finish work is AMAZING. ❤️ Please people, next time use “Precept Contracting “ for your convenience. They do all types of work. Let them cater your needs. The before picture is the last one.

The services were excellent and the team very friendly. They added a bedroom suite with a large bathroom. It also included a huge walk-in closet, washer and dryer room. Bedroom has a beautiful accent wall and a fireplace /TV build. Absolutely Stunning! I highly recommend this team! Reasonable price.

The only contractors I use!! As an attorney, I analyze every detail and prefer as close to perfection as possible. Precept is professional, extremely kind, and have become family. Their work is impeccable, intentional, and diligent. My leaky roof was fixed within a day! They ensure fair and reasonable pricing. Any work I need for my home or if someone asks about work done .. Precept is my first and only answer.

It was great to have Precept Contracting LLC to do our sceened-in porch. It was a long road to find the right company to do the project. Precept was the most affordable quote out of three that we received. The team was very professional and knowledgeable. They made sure all of our desires were incorporated accordingly while providing feedback based on their experiences. While in the property, the acted professional and respectful. Always communicating any updates. The few days when they weren't able to come, they contacted me first thing in the morning or told me the day prior. This is phase 1 of 3 to complete an all-season room. They agreed to make the project in phases to reduce the financial burden on me. Best contractor I have ever used. Great attention to detail and helped us navigate through a difficult “drainage” situation on our covered porch. Would highly recommend.
