I had two installers from this company come to install a dishwasher I purchased from Costco. Upon arrival, one of the gentlemen told me that a GFCI outlet was required, as the current dishwasher is hard-wired. Before they even arrived, he had already marked the job as “complete” on his phone. When I asked why the job was marked complete without even unboxing the unit, he initially denied marking it that way. However, after I showed him proof, he admitted he had accidentally marked it as completed. He came inside to look at my old dishwasher and, after seeing that it was hard-wired, said it would cost $200 to install a GFCI outlet to meet current code requirements. I purchased an LG dishwasher through Best Buy. On the day of delivery, the installer called to say he was 20 minutes away. An hour later, Mr. SOS calls and says their truck broke down and they will install the dishwasher two days later. Then, two days later, they called to cancel because the dishwasher was in the truck that is being serviced. They wanted to set up another installation date 3 days later. I told them and Best Buy to cancel the order. I ordered the same dishwasher through PC Richard and installation is set for tomorrow, which is also a Saturday. Because of Mr. SOS Installs, I am done with Best Buy for good. They will be out of business in two years anyway.

Purchased a Dishwasher from Best Buy online. I've had good experiences with them before. My install was sourced out to another service.I was a little nervous when I came online to see negative reviews for Mr. SOS Installs. The two gentlemen that came were nothing but professional. They called to say when they would arrive. They knew exactly what needed to be done. We needed a GFI outlet installed for the newer appliance. They were able to do that for a minimal charge. Took their time to level and adjust the appliance. Made sure it worked. Removed my old one and cleaned up the area. Very happy customer.

Easy 5 stars. I ordered a dishwasher from Bestbuy. He came on time, quickly removed the old dishwasher, replaced it with the new one with no hassle or issues under an hour with very little clean up. I would definitely recommend their services. Much thanks!
