We have used many carpet cleaning businesses over the years, usually through Groupon promotions, as we did for Kris. We've never had what I would call a bad experience but this one was exceptional. It wasn't the cheapest available but we were hosting a Superbowl party and wanted our old carpetimg to look its best. I was favorably impressed with the job Kris did and my wife was so impressed that she wanted me to write this review, I told her Mr.Steam already had a very high rating but she insisted because the carpet hadn't looked this good in a long time.
