Mike and Marcus arrived when they said they would and in no time they were preparing for the removal of the old water heater and installation of the new water heater. It was not an easy installation because the new water heater was a little bit larger than the old one, but they got it done. All the work was completed in a professional manner. They work as a great team, and I would certainly recommend them to my friends and family.

Mike and Marcus are an amazing team that sets the bar high for skills, professionalism and attention to detail. And their warm, caring concern for the customer together with fair pricing and Committment to the job leaves the customer reassured and grateful. They replaced our water heater and repaired faucets with obvious knowledge. They are also painters, carpenters and one time chefs....and I recommend them without hesitation. Also, the are genuinely great workers and super kind guys.

We have used Mr360 Home Repairs a few times: water heater replacement, burst pipe, and leaky pipes. Each time Mike fixed the issues the first time. He even caught a leak issue we had no idea about! Mike is professional, responsive and very, very fair priced. He works hard! We were so happy with Mr360, that we referred my parents. We are compiling a laundry list of items (reno and handy man) that we intend to have Mr360 (Mike and Marcus) do for us. It is a relief to have found a company that is so ethical and does a really great job! I highly recommend.
