I contacted Jeffrey Moore on July 5 for lawn service and tree pruning. He was supposed to come out on July 7 but messaged asking to come out the next day. When he did, I showed him the work. He said he would bring some dirt for the holes in the yard the following week, then come to do the rest of the work the week after. He said he would call me to set it up. That was the last I ever heard from him. I left messages with no response. I understand if things happen to delay work. I do not understand ghosting a client. It is now August 5. Jeffrey Moore may or may not do good work, but I will never know.
