I am extremely pleased with Mr. Ductless. From start to finish, the communication was excellent, and I really appreciated that they came recommended by another HVAC company I trust. Karol and Patrick did an outstanding job installing my Daikin mini split system—everything was done with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. The pricing was great, especially for the level of quality and service they provided. I highly recommend Mr. Ductless and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I obtained MrDuctless from Fujitsu's website as an elite contractor and couldn't be happier. I had a new central system installed by another contractor and for four years the system would freeze and continually need freon to be replaced. I called Karol and he came out and found a 30 year old R-22 filer-drier under the deck that was leaking and never replaced. On a 100-degree day, the unit would struggle to cool to 78 degrees. On the 100-degree day yesterday, it was set and running at 73 degrees which felt cold!! His service was professional, and pricing was fair. I would not hesitate to use or recommend MrDuctless in the future!
