Called them to change a part at our business. They charged us $420.00 just for the part without prior notice . The actual part only cost $100. When we called to complain about the price and asked them to give us a credit for overcharging us, they sent us a letter instead from their lawyer. Very unprofessional and overpriced. They think they can get away with robbing people. Not worth the headache and aggravation!

One of the rarest honest and good companies left in MA. Very professional technicians. They did a great job fixing our commercial dishwasher and charged a reasonable price. Thank you MRES! Keep the good work going!

I needed a commercial oven repaired in advance of a weekend event. I had to staff the venue for three days to still have no technician show up when we were told to meet them. A competitor provided next day service in a scheduled three hours window and was done in under an hour. Everyone has deadlines to meet - except Interstate Food Equipment, I guess.

After a so called family business in Norwood played me really bad about fixing my dishwasher, I was hesitant to call this company mainly because of the distance but I’m so gLad I did. Scheduled a repair weeks in advance. They failed to show up, no call letting us know. Promised to come the next day. Failed to show up, again with zero communication. They don't deserve our business or yours.
