The report was extremely thorough, well organized, and easy to understand, with clear photos and practical recommendations—especially valuable for us as first-time homebuyers. Mark did the inspection of a large 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo unit as a condition of my purchase contract. The unit had not been renovated or updated for many years and a lot of potential issues. Mark was thorough in his review of systems, appliances, plumbing, etc. He was generous with his time, and he gave us very practical reactions. His report - in format and content - was detailed, yet easy to follow with plenty of illustrating photos. I would use him again and recommend with high confidence levels.

Mark was incredibly responsive and helped facilitate both pre-drywall and final home inspections for a newly constructed home.
