Elio showed up promptly at my Sterling home. He did a terrific job on my tub; this was the second reglazing. I am very happy with the results. Elio was polite and very professional. He cleaned up before heading home. I was able to arrange this update with one day’s notice and got it done on my day off from work.

I would like to say it’s been many years since I’ve seen a level of professionalism, courtesy, hard working contractor. If I knew what I knew now I would have never had my bathroom replaced. Hendrix came to my son’s home and did some of the best work I’ve ever seen in recent years. His attitude, kindness , work ethic and top notch work is second to none and he did it in an unbelievable amount of time. Please reconsider a remodel and check with this company first. It’s a quarter of the price and a lot less headache. This company and Hendrix there employee is amazing!!!!!!

Called on 10/30 to get information about having my sons tub repaired and reglazed. By the end of the conversation I had an appointment scheduled for the next day. Geronimo showed up on time and ready to work. Very nice and professional young man. I couldn't be happier with the job he did. The tub looks truly amazing! Geronimo made sure to show me his progress after each step and to verify that I was happy with the results before moving on to the next one. He cleaned up the bathroom when he was done and showed the utmost respect for the property. The only request I would make is that they provide the directions on care of the tub with the new coating in writing. Great experience.

These guys got back to me! I voiced my complaints (loudly) about not being able to reach them or getting a call back and Tub Coaters listened. I spoke to Alex, I spoke to the manager Eric and they sent out Geronimo promptly. He made some of the repairs even though it was almost 8pm. He's has been here before and I can confidently say he's equal parts patient and competent. Eric worked with me on the price and I'm happy with the service. As for WHY Tub Coaters wasn't picking up my calls and my initial frustration? Eric said that they use some fancy VoIP phone system and in an effort to avoid spam calls, the system blocks phone numbers that call repeatedly. What's the solution? They said they'd speak to their phone provider to get it fixed up. As for us customers, I'd suggest filling out
