I needed ongoing preventative maintenance setup but also wanted to setup mouse traps to full proof the house from the basement to the attic. They called me back right away and had someone come out the next day - very courteous and timely. Anthony came in, assessed every space, advised how, where and why he’d setup traps. Also appreciate that anyone I spoke to didn’t try to oversell anything. I immediately signed up for a quarterly check in. Absolutely worth the small investment for ongoing peace of mind from a reputable and reliable family owned and operated business.

I started my pest control journey as most people do, Google. I have a severe mouse infestation in my home so time was of the essence! So I had 2 other corporate companies come and provide estimates that I just couldn’t believe how expensive they were for the bare minimum! I went on Google one last time and found Mrs. Bzzz. So I called them up, spoke with Randy (who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful) and within a few days, they came out, inspected, treated, and set up everything that I would need to end these mice once and for all! We had a pretty bad carpenter ant infestation as they were coming out of the wall void in our children's bedroom this winter. Anthony came from Mrs. Bzzz Pest and Termite Solutions and I was very happy with the level of service provided. He was knowledgable and able to answer any questions I had regarding the application and what was covered in our service plan. Even though he finished up covering our entire house, he came back to apply additional bait by the backsplash of our counters as extra insurance to eradicate the ant colony. They come back every quarter on this plan and will set up a barrier to make sure the ants don't recolonize inside our house. Look forward to dealing with them again as they were very professional and had no problem coming back out if the ant issue persists.
