I read good reviews so I called. So very glad I did. My washer has been acting up. He came out same day! Best part about him was he was a perfect Wisconsin Man. So kind, so patient and fun. We moved to Florida and had to move back home because people weren't as nice as at home. Mike is a prime example of that. I'm so grateful for the good reviews that helped me find him.

We called Mike to fix a washing machine problem. We received an appointment the next day, he ordered parts that day, and he was back 5 days later to repair the parts. He was friendly, punctual, and reasonable priced. Everything seems to be working well now. We were very happy with Mike and his services.

Very unprofessional and a terrible first impression! My refrigerator needed immediate repairs and I called M&S for a quote as their website mentioned they have “transparent pricing.” The guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and was offended that I even asked for a quote. I told him that I’ve been calling around town as my refrigerator model isn’t serviced by many places, so if they were able to service that model, I would like a quote before making a decision. However, instead of being transparent about their service and parts estimates, he accused me of calling them for “cheap services.” I reminded him that they offered transparent pricing on their website and I was simply trying to get a quote. If I could give this business zero stars, I would!

Called for Dishwasher code and Mike came next afternoon and repaired the uneven installation that contributed to the error code! He is very smart, efficient and professional! We will have them in our contacts! (They fixed our microwave a while back also) Such a blessing!
