Great company that cares about its clients! I use them for my residential HVAC. I was a young first time homeowner and was taken advantage of by an unlicensed HVAC contractor. The previous contractor did not do a good job and left me with a system that wasn’t running because he demanded more money than originally agreed upon. MS Johnston got my system up and running and did the best they could with the crap job the other “contractor” left. They did so without quoting me $20k to get it running like the other companies I called. They’re an honest company that knows what they’re doing! Called spoke to Mike about having our Central air/Heat pump replaced due to problems of old unit and having someone out for an estimate so we can replace our unit. Really didn't seem interested when speaking with him and said he would get back with me but after over a day later no call back I have decided this is someone not to depend on. I have called three other reputable Hvac companies and they have all responded with let's set up a day and time and someone will be out. Have had all three companies out already within 2 days with estimates and still no call from MS Johnston. I call this poor customer service from the start! To your response we spent 8 minutes on the phone discussing my issue and the problems other vendors could not resolve, and my comments which are accurate and true. Y

MS Johnston has served our business for the past six years. Recently they evaluated a refrigeration problem and gave the best possible customer service! Highly recommend.
