I spent the morning here narrowing down my selections for a countertop for our kitchen. Pam was so helpful and informed- she’s passionate about her job and has been working here for years! She took great, patient care of me and was very knowledgeable about all the different options and how to care for them. She took the time to show me a few more in the back to make sure I had eyes on exactly what I wanted. Hoping to order in the next week or so!

This was my husband and I’s first experience picking out granite for our kitchen update, and I don’t think I will ever use a different place now! Eleazar was so helpful and attentive and made it a seamless experience for us. We ended up with a beautiful slab of granite that will look great in our kitchen, and I never once felt like they were there to oversell me or be pushy in any way. Would 100% recommend to anyone in the area (or better yet, go out of your way for this place.)

What a beautiful showroom. Jeremy was amazing. Super helpful and accommodating. He went out of his way to assist us and was very knowledgable about his stock. 5 stars for sure. We will definitely be using them as a supplier for our kitchen project.

My wife and I came to MSI to see a specific piece of granite. What we found was an amazing store with incredible people. Pam and Jeremy helped us. Such nice people. Pam was so helpful and thoughtful. She explained to us about the piece that we were looking at the colors the qualities of it it was just a really great learning experience. The place is amazing and well laid out with lots of beautiful stuff to see. We had recently been to another granite and Flooring store. MSI is far and Above a better place to do your granite shopping. This place as well worth the effort to Visit

What a great experience! It isn't easy to find the perfect fit when remodeling one's home, but between MSI's displays and the staff, all the hard work and difficult decisions are made easy. I would like to recognize Jeremy S. at MSI in Wallingford... between his knowledge and hospitality, I was truly in the very best hands. Thank you Jeremy!!!!!!! I am so grateful for all of your help:)
