MSI Edison Showroom & Distribution Center

Went to MSI after my kitchen cabinet vendor referred me to. We went to look out for kitchen backsplash . They had good range of colors and patterns . Looked a good showroom from inside . Service could really help. We were there for many minutes but didn’t get any help. Many employees were walking around but no one asked us for any help. We were then told , we cannot order stuff and only the contractor can order , which is fine . What we ordered was not what we got . They messed up the order and gave a different product when we picked it up. I heard there are no returns but exchanges . Wierd policies . 3 stars . Hope they better the service and customer engagement !

Beautiful showroom with helpful, knowledgeable staff. It was beneficial to see full slabs of products instead of the usual small sample size. Leaving with plenty of 4x8 samples to see at home in our light before making our final selection!

This was the first time I was at MSI showroom in Edison. I had the pleasure of working with Maria Ortiz design consultant. Maria clearly understood The concept of what I was looking for. She worked very hard to pull tiles in the color scheme that I wanted. Maria understood the reasons for me wanting a high gloss versus a matte finish. Maria, was pleasant, Professional in her work, She made this experience at MSI A good one. Maria is a 5 star consultant.

Disha is freaking Awesome! She is super knowledgeable and patient. I put all of that to the test for a 15 bathroom 3 style development project and she knocked it out the park from design help to materials list. My new secret weapon for everything tile and flooring.
