Very pleasant experience. Top notch products for anything you can imagine. Pleasant staff despite the customer who was literally screaming at them for not being able to take down a sample and give it to him. Clean and orderly. Will definitely go back at my next stage of renovation.

Was told to visit this showroom by my countertop and fireplace fabricator. Immediately upon entering and starting to browse through the products we were asked in a pretty stern way to sign in and someone would be able to assist us. We signed in as asked, waited about 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging us being there and then decided to walk around on our own. We were in the showroom for approximately 45 minutes without a single person asking if we needed help or being addressed. My wife and I saw a few things we did in fact like but then decided to leave refusing to give any business to a place that had very poor customer service and lack of attention to potential clients. My retailer sent me to MSI to pick out tiles and counter tops, as we arrived we had to sign in on a computer kiosk and put in our information as well as our retailer's info. This is a whole sale operation not retail. After signing in we were quickly called by a design expert who took us around looking for bathroom tile, kitchen tile, backsplash and flooring for a home we are remodeling. The women taking care of us showed us many options and was a great helping us design our tile for our bathroom as well as our kitchen backsplash and home flooring. We were given a paper form at the beginning and filled in the information of the tiles we liked and as we exited the establishment we met with a women who placed everything we liked into the computer system and it was sent to our retailer wh

What a professional operation! We were met at the door, asked to sign in by the most pleasant young woman. Once signed in she asked about our project, what type of stone we were looking for, how many slabs our designer would need, color preferences, etc. She then took us to the rows and rows of beautiful stone, explaining where the stone was from. We selected several possible slabs, which she promptly forwarded to our designer for pricing. She personally invited us back to select the actual slabs that would be used for our project. Having been to other stone warehouses MSI had by far a much wider selection and quantity of stone. Plus the nicest staff anywhere. We only wish we had gone there first and saved us the headaches.
