MSI Long Island

I have been to many different places searching for the perfect slabs and not only did I find them here, but the customer service has been nothing short of AMAZING. The entire staff, especially Lesly, Debbie and Jose are top notch! They give you the warmest welcome every time, accommodate my schedule and answer all of my questions. They spent so much time with me, showing me options- helping me with design and more. I’m just sad our visits will come to an end soon. Thank you MSI Long Island!

The MSI Long Island showroom is absolutely stunning. It’s beautiful, organized and has the best employees at the front desk. I dropped in at the end of the day. I wasn’t rushed out, even though it was close to closing time. I was warmly greeted by 2 employees when I walked in. They helped me with the check in process and immediately started to work their magic. Jose greeted me with a smile and brought me to the showroom to show me the quartz slabs. I settled on a Calcatta Miraggio Gold quartz which has a crisp white background and elegant golden brown veining. While Jose went to see if there were any samples , I went up front and was greeted by Debbie who was just as kind and helpful. They’re wonderful at the showroom and very helpful! Jose and Debbie have gone above and beyond to help and answer questions and pull out slabs when asked and it has all been very helpful in making our decisions with material selection.

MSI is not only fully stocked with multiple stone lots to choose from that matches your own personal style but Lesly and Debbie are the most accommodating and professional people at the front desk. We are thrilled to have had them guide us through the process of redesigning our new home into a beautiful magical place that we can’t wait to see come to fruition soon! We have seen so many other sites but the staff at MSI is definitely the best!

We love the selection and quality of the merchandise at MSI. It saves us going from store to store. Recently found the tile we needed for a bathroom as well as quartz for a kitchen counter. During our last visit, we encountered a very rude customer who bullied the staff into helping him even as they were helping us. We waited and waited and finally Debbie took over. She apologized and could not have been nicer. She helped with the tile, found us samples, and was kind and helpful. Three cheers for Debbie!
