We had an amazing experience working with our salesman Loreto! He was a huge help in selecting the perfect flooring for our new home. His knowledge, patience, and genuine willingness to guide us through every option made the entire process stress-free. On top of it all he had a great sense of humor which made the process more enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with his customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident in our choice! We highly recommend him! We chose Caldera Blanca porcelain tile.

Waited almost 1 hour after paying just to pick up ONE tile. Completely unacceptable, especially when contractors are on tight schedules. This kind of delay affects our entire job site. Needs much better organization.

Janki was extremely helpful in our discussion over quartz slabs and colors. The showroom was well set up and easy to find what you are looking for.

We went to another supplier and could not get any help. Nothing was labeled. Employees ignored us. We had to drive a ways to get here but it was well worth it. The set up to get samples made things so easy and convenient. Eric was extremely helpful and informative. Thanks for caring about your customers and for hiring folks that care and want to help.

What a great experience today. From his initial greeting to helping pinpoint a product that we were seeking. Loreto was outstanding. He listened, understood, and gave us his undivided attention.
