My stone was shipped to the fabricator the very next business day and installed in less than a week. After three years of planning our kitchen and months of searching for the perfect natural stone countertop, I was ready to give up and just stick with our temporary butcher block. After some frustration at trying to select countertops from small samples, the fabricator suggested I go to MSI to look at full slabs. The help I received was outstanding and it made the selection so much easier. I came away understanding what was available and the different price points in Quartz, something that had seemed a mystery…they had a sheet with each “price group” (not really prices, but numerical groups at increasing price points) listed with color names within each group. I felt educated and was able to decide on a product I liked, at a price point I am comfortable with. I received samples of my top choices to take with me as well. I feel such relief.

This is a great showroom. They have a lot to choose from. The people who work there were very friendly and helpful. Well worth the trip if you are interested in countertops, wall cladding, or flooring. I highly recommend it.

Visited the show room at the direction of my fabricator to confirm our slab selection. The showroom was clean and presented the materials well. The staff was super helpful providing just the right amount of support. They allowed me the space to walk around and explore options available. When in need of assistance a sales rep was easy to find. Interacted with multiple staff members and all were very friendly and eager to assist.

Great place to view slabs of all types. Professional and friendly service. Mayra G was patient and gave us lots of information regarding differences in color and durability. She even found samples of tile for us. I recommend MSI for slab selection, best of at least 10 other places were have visited. 5star
