Throughout the entire process, they kept us informed and ensured we were comfortable with any necessary decisions or adjustments. The sales representative, Kaden, was equally impressive. He clarified things for us, breaking down the costs and setting clear expectations. We truly appreciate the hard work and efficiency of this team.

I was utterly delighted with their HVAC service. Just last week, I arrived at my Brea building on a late Sunday evening at 10pm, only to be greeted by a cold environment due to a malfunctioning furnace. I immediately placed a call and Mateo was there within an hour, having my furnace up and running in mere minutes. It was a minor issue that could have been identified with regular maintenance, but the service was top-notch in diagnosing and rectifying it. Moreover, Mateo patiently explained the entire process to me, a first-time building owner. So, for their quick response and excellent service, they absolutely deserve an A+ rating.

Antonio was both punctual and highly professional (even slipped booties over his shoes to ensure he didn't track any dirt in - thoughtful detail) and he guided us through our Brea home, explaining the process for installing central air conditioning. Within an hour, i received two quotes for the services we had talked about. overall, it was a positive experience.

In a matter of a few hours, they arrived, assessed the problem, and proposed a solution. The issue was with my outdated air conditioning system. It took a few weeks, but Mateo and Kaden were the most proficient AC repairmen I've ever dealt with. They provided an upfront cost estimate and adhered to it. Although the repair took over a week, they arrived daily, wore masks, kept me updated, and followed up. Before the actual installation of my central AC system, furnace, and 50-gallon water heater with automatic shut-off, I worked with Kaden at Brea HVAC Proz for about three years.
