MT Building Services

Crew arrived on time but the work that was completed was very subpar by one of the 2 guys that came out. None of the original work that I was told was done and whatever was done looks horrible and a lot was skipped so much for strict standards

We contracted with MT Building Services to do an energy audit of our home. Based on the audit, we decided the best course of action was to add insultation to our attic and air seal the knee-wall area. The MT Building Services crew arrived promptly in the morning, did more work than expected and did not charge us more than the initial quote. Since MT's work was completed, our electric use is down 10-15%, even though we've had record high temperatures for the Central Pennsylvania area. The kids actually complain that the house is to cold, something that never happened before. We are running are air conditioner less, keeping the temp set higher, but having a more comfortable house thanks to MT's work. Photos of before and after are attached to the review.

Hello, Not sure who should be receiving this, but I wanted to let you know that the crew that was at my house today for weatherization were amazing! From the first guy who came and greeted me, to their pulling out of my driveway, each person was so polite and knowledgeable of their work. I asked a few questions and received prompt replies. I so appreciate all the quality work I received today, as well and their hustle. They were all doing different jobs at the same time and were finished in a few hours. Everyone greeted my Sadie (dog) with kind words and petting her, even tho she felt the need to bark at each one of them! Horrific. Jim was LATE, was supposed to be here at 11am but showed up at 11:25 AM. He was rude and unpleasant and told me quote: "If you want me to continue, you have to be not rude". He was aggressive and unpleasant and REFUSED to conduct his service.

The customer service is probably the worst part of this company. Every time I call(which is not often) the lady's seem irritated that they have to figure out what's happening. I've been given different and misleading information with every call. They will never call back, which is probably the most irritating part. I was waiting for decisions, dates and answers so that I can find alternative solutions for what I needed done. I was apart of the WRAP program with PPL. So I felt like they belittled me. As if I should be grateful I'm receiving this FREE service. Meanwhile they're still being paid for it, even if it's not by me. The inspectors who came out were great. It's the administration that's the issue. No one communicated with each other. So when I called back weeks later for follow u
