Project Manager Matt spent a great amount of time throughly reviewing the project and quoted a competitive price. We had a few other quotes that were similarly priced, but we felt most comfortable with the M&T team given how much time was spent pre-planning the project. The roof tear down/replacement (with three skylights replaced) was finished very quickly (one full day and one half day) and Matt came out after they finished to make sure everything was done correctly. Highly recommended.

We are extremely satisfied with the the work performed by M& T Exterior. We had a complete roof tear off of two layers of shingles, replacement of several pieces of plywood, removal of two attic fans and new roof shingles installed. They also added additional blown in insulation in the attics. All work was completed in less than a day. The landscaping was protected and they did a good job cleaning up. They came back within two days to install new gutters and downspouts. Job well done.

It's not often you get more than you expected in the service world today but in the case of M & T Exteriors That's exactly what you get. I needed some work done on a section of my roof. I got 2 other quotes that were outrageous and I feared they would not do a good job. I called M & T Exteriors, Tommy came out and quoted me on the job and explained exactly what needed to be done. He price was great and the work was better. Several times during the job the workers asked me to come out and see their progress. The job was done on time as promised and I couldn't be happier. We had an unfortunate mistake at our property where the wrong adhesive was sprayed on the front of our brick home by M&T Exteriors to try and stop a leak entering our home. Despite the mistake, Tommy stood by his work and he hired a brick cleaning company to fix the mistake. Also, Tommy personally came out and cleaned our windows where the adhesive could not be removed by normal cleaning materials. Tommy owned up to the mistake made by one of his employees and made sure the job was completed correctly. I applaud him and Mary Lynn for “doing the right thing” and fixing the problem. M&T is a company you can trust and they do very good work. Mistakes happen and you just fix them and move on. Job well done!

After consulting with various contractors we decided to go with M & T Exteriors. The job, price and time frame were clearly explained prior to work starting. Both office and crew were very helpful and professional. Job completed on time, on budget, and done beautifully. Will recommend anyone wanting to do exterior home or business related repairs to use M & T Exteriors. Tom was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They earn their money--value for your dollars!!!
