The mold cleaning process seemed thorough, and the crew worked steadily throughout the day. In the middle of the appointment, Aaron Phillips explained the cause of the mold and suggested improvements. They also performed dryer vent inspection, dryer vent repair, and dryer vent cleaning. The service was good overall, though the appointment started a little later than scheduled. Still, the results were acceptable.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The worst experience with any contractor I’ve ever had. I’m going to try to summarize but is too much. The first crew came out on a Monday to remove old insulation in our attic, clean and disinfect mold/ mouse feces, and then put new insulation in. They did not do anything they were suppose to do, did not properly clean or disinfect anything. Did not cover anything, made an absolute mess and blew insulation IN MY HOME. Spent more time trying to clean my kitchen and living room until 9pm. They didn’t even have a vacuum! To clean attic no vacuum. Had to use mine and didn’t even vacuum anything because I opened vacuum and it was empty. I had to have a professional cleaning service come.
