Michael is one of the good guys. In an industry where it’s hard to find someone to trust, look no further. I’ve done two complete rehabs with MTL. One was a small commercial building and the other was complete renovation of a historic home in the Elmwood Village. During any renovation you will encounter surprises and Michael’s calm demeanor and problem solving help make the process smooth. He has high standards for his team and his work and I can confidently recommend him with 5 stars.

Did an excellent job installing metal beams in our basement. We discovered the foundation was cracking on the far wall of our basement, and MTL Contracting came onsite to put up some steel beams for reinforcement of the wall. They handled the permit and town regulations for us, so I just watched and waited as they did the work. Would definitely recommend!

Mike and his team are great. We partnered with them on an addition project. One of the most professional and organized projects we’ve been on.
