MTM Molded Products

I recently purchased a couple of MTM’s 4 can ammo crates at Cabellas. The hinge on the one I put my 9mm ammo (which actually weighed the least of the 8 when filled) failed. Just simply broke while I was showing my son and a friend my new purchase. I contacted MTM through their website and within 24 hours I had an email basically saying “we’re sorry about this. We’ll replace it. What’s your shipping address?” I responded back and included photos for confirmation of what happened (I added the pictures on my own, they never questioned or asked for proof). Less than a week later (weekend in there) I had a new can. Made in U.S.A. is more than just manufacturing something here. It includes good customer service. It includes having pride in your products. I will be purchasing more MTM products. T

I recently ordered a 3 pack of ammo cases from Amazon and one was missing a handle. My first thought was to send the entire order back to Amazon and have it replaced. Then I realized that MTM is an American company and that I should call them directly. I am glad I did, the woman that answered the phone, an American, was super friendly and helpful. She didn't pass me all over to other departments, she just asked what I ordered, what was missing and how she could help. Then she got my address and phone number, and said they would ship a handle out right away. A week later, including a holiday weekend, the handle arrived. Highly recommend. Although my ar.22 mags don't allow the lid to close , they are about 1 inch longer and only have 7 of them. .223 full box works great for my needs.

Outstanding customer service. Purchased a cartridge display board last year. Went to add a new cartridge to my collection and discovered I had lost the plastic clips that secure the rounds to the board. Called and found they sell packages of 50. When I told the lady I only needed 1 or 2, she took my name and address. Today, 2 clips arrived in the mail, no charge. I am impressed. Now my board is once again complete, looks great...and I have a spare.

I lost the entire front post for my MTM rifle stand and the nice folks there sent me an entire replacement post for free. How many companies would do that? Didn't even charge me shipping. I'll definitely recommend their products to all my shooting companions. More companies should provide this level of customer service.
