Austin and his team were excellent. We had a big project, changing countertops of kitchen and bathroom. First of all, Austin was flexible to accommodate our store visit meeting to beyond the store hours on Sat. That was the first step to make the project possible. The MTM crew was very efficient and skilled in demoing the old tops and installing the new tops. The part that didn't go as planned was the installation of backsplash, which was a complicated Herringbone pattern. The installation did not reflect the quality of the work that MTM provides. Austin heard the feedback and inspected the work afterwards. They agreed that it was poor quality work and offered to reinstall it again, while covering the cost of the new material. I gathered the material and they hired a very skilled tile spec

We love our MTM countertops! We had quartz installed in our kitchen, including the backsplash behind our range. Fabrication and install was incredibly fast and smooth! Steve and Brenda were both very helpful throughout the process.

We recently used MTM Services to repair a previously installed quartzite countertop. They were awesome to work with. Austin was super responsive and helpful to get the appointment set up, and Javier did a great job on the repair. We will definitely be calling MTM in the future for any countertop need.

We recently had quartz countertops installed by MTM. From the very beginning, our salesperson (Austin) was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He answered all of our questions and showed us various slabs of quartz. Scott came to our house to measure, and he was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable as well. Both Austin and Scott continuously kept us updated on the status of our project. We are thrilled with the results. Highly recommend!

They are awful people for starters. They misaligned three faucets in the bathroom’s granite , did a bad job on the tile grout, and sold a whole slab of granite that we paid for future use without contacting us. We are doing another project so therefore we do not have matching granite. If we had not already paid for it and just hoped it would still be around that would be one thing. And three faucets not correctly spaced? One maybe but all 3? We are now having trouble picking out fixtures because of the odd distances between handles. No apologies just excuses! That should be their motto “substandard work with no apologies”
