MTP Parking

They took our car out while we were gone. We were missing gas when I called they were extremely hostile on the phone and would barely even finish my sentence. It’s a shame since it’s convenient parking but I’m never parking there again and so now encouraging building members of the VIA and Helena and The Frank to formally complain to Durst about it. This has been going on for too long.

I didn't appreciate the way the parking.Assistanthandled my car. Make sure to check your car for any scratches with the attendant whenarriving. I left with two bumps in didn't have when I came to the location.

When my car was returned to me, the driver’s side door was so badly dented that the handle was caved in and the door couldn’t be opened. The valet had to climb in and out through the passenger side. The employees handed me the keys and wished me a good night like this was somehow perfectly normal. My complaint in the moment was met with “Come back tomorrow and talk to the manager.” And other than that I was brushed off. When I called the next morning I was told the manager was off until Tuesday and no one else could help me. He is the only one who can check the cameras to see IF the damage had been done by them. So for now, I am forced to climb over the center console (in a walking cast on my foot, btw) just to use my car. Never parking here again.

Very nasty and evil for no reason. I wish they lease don’t get renewed! No one should have to deal with so much disrespect where they pay to park. MTP you all need to do better

The staff(lady) at this location were unprofessional and quite rude when discussing parking prices. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.
