Wow! What a company! Jordan and Kevin are fantastic people to work with. They communicated throughout the process and the quality was second to none. We had roof/dormer work done and after it was done, Jordan asked if he could check the work during a rain storm to ensure there were no leaks! What customer service! Of course, no leaks. I would definitely use Mueller Builders again and request Jordan and Kevin.

As long time OBX owners, we’ve had our share of disappointing contractors; however, our experience with this company was outstanding and we are happy to recommend them. I was not able to be onsite for this work, but Aaron Young provided excellent communication throughout the installation process, sending pictures of both their progress and the finished product. Before the job, he walked me through the details of the fortification process (which is especially important for oceanfront properties like ours), and offered good advice on color selection and shingle type. Mark and his crew replaced 2 roofs for us at both of our cottages in Nags Head last year. We went through the Fortified Roof Program (offered through NCIAU). If you qualify for this program, do it!!! Mark and his crew were amazing - the best part was they were super clean. No nails or trash left behind!!! After they installed our roofs - Mark and his team remodeled 2 of our bathrooms as well. Jacob did an excellent job and we are thrilled with the outcome. I have recommended Mark to quite a few friends and all have been super happy with his work!

Mueller builders are great. I have had them replace two roofs for my properties in OBX. They have been very professional and really informative. They also have some of the best roofing prices around which is shocking because they are so large. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the roofs they replaced. The reason why I would recommend them to anyone is they are not pushy nor money hungry. Last year I wanted to replace a roof in the winter time (off season) They told me that they cannot replace the roof in the winter because the temperature is too cold and I will have to wait for the weather to warm to replace the roof. Mueller's bid was competitive and I felt that their materials and roofing process were superior. The whole process from bidding and coordinating with the fortified evaluators to answering questions about the process to scheduling, installation & cleanup was great.
