Rick and his team have done an absolutely fantastic job for me. I just became a vacation home owner in Corolla. Rick helped me get the details of opening finished - a cover and steps for the hot tub, safety signage, as well as help me identify and manage the repair of an installation leak in my pool. I usually see Mark for routine service - also super competent and super nice. I’ve learned that Rick is rigorous about training his staff - they’re not kids thrown into the deep end. I found Top Priority Pools by doing an a lot of solicitations for recommendations combined with an extensive web search. We recently finished our new in ground, concrete pool in Nags Head (May 2023). We researched and met with several pool service companies, and decided to go with Rick at Top Priority. We have nothing but positive things to report about them. Rick is very knowledgeable, conscientious and pleasant to deal with. He communicates well with us about any issues and reports to us after each service. We are very happy with our choice of Top Priority as our pool service provider and would recommend them to anyone looking for top notch service at a fair price.

We had our pool refinished and needed someone to cure it for several weeks since we do not live locally. Rick who owns Top Priority Pools was recommended and he did not disappoint. Did a great job and our pool looks wonderful . We will definitely be using him for our pool and hot tub when our rentals end this fall!
