Mueller Septic Services

Just had my septic tank pumped out, great service and fast! I called up a few days ago to make an appointment and they were able to get me scheduled 2 business days later for the pump out. Both guys that did the job were very nice and professional and took several measures to make sure that everything was clean just the way it was before they came. I definitely recommend Mueller Septic Services to anyone out there that needs any type of septic work done. A++ Service!! Great job!

We had our tank emptied in November with Mueller. They were quick to come out, which was much appreciated. Unfortunately, this month, we had what we thought was a partial blockage in our pipes. But through further inspection- It turns out Mueller did not empty our liquid side of the tank and by default didn’t clean the filter. (They only dug one hole.) Mueller only did a third of the job that was expected of them. I called Mueller last week to see if they would rectify the problem. They were not willing to put us on the calendar or admit fault. Instead, the owner walked us through how to clean our filter ourselves. It has cost us an additional $600 to figure out that Mueller Septic did not complete the job they were hired to do. My septic tank was full and I called Mueller to come and pump it out. They came Monday and found that the tank was buried really deep (3ft+) He told us they would have to bring out a excavator to dig it up, which was totally understandable. He was out here the next day with his guys and had it dug up, pumped and covered back in less than a hour. Excellent company with good people that I will be using in the future. Thanks Mueller!

Mike and his crew at Mueller Septic Services did a great job replacing our septic tank pump and switch! Our pump went out and the alarm was triggered. His guys came out the same day and fixed our problem. Very professional and responsive!

Mr. Mueller walked me through how to check what was wrong with my septic system while we were on the phone, which helped him figure out what he needed to bring to get it fixed. He and his crew all arrived on time and got everything running properly after installing a new pump and wiring. Overall, excellent service.
