the guys were great. explained things so well. we had bats in our soffit. i only knew of one spot. they found 3 other spots. called someone else out previously and he only found one spot as well, because he didn't take the time really look over things. this was far more comprehensive and worth the extra cost. highly recommend. will use them moving forward whenever we have an issue.
