I completed a transaction worth over $6,000 and was expecting the paid delivery to arrive sometime after 9:15 AM. I called at 10:00 AM to ask when I could expect it, and Jennifer replied that it would happen "when somebody returns." Confused, I followed up by asking if that meant an hour or two, and she said it might be. Apart from that accident, there's an amazing and supportive team, and I've been working with them for the second year in a row.

Business is very knowledgeable when giving quotes and knowing how much you will need. Just provide them the dimensions and they give you their best recommendaton. I appreciated how concerned they were about the cost to the customer, having multiple options, sizes, and prices available to accomodate individual's budgets. Mulch Barn is the only place that I order mulch, soil, and stone from. I have a narrow driveway that is difficult to maneuver and they always send an appropriately sized truck and a skilled, friendly driver. Charlie is great!

Charlie, The Mulch Barn driver who delivered our mulch today, did a beautiful job. Got the 6 yards of mulch in a perfectly neat “mountain” precisely in the spot where we indicated.
