Mulholland Brand

I hired Mulholland Brand to first put in 2 side gates at my home and they did a beautiful job. So much so, that 3 of my neighbors followed suit and hired them to do the same. After some heavy rains, the fence separating my next door neighbor and I finally had its day, so together we hired MB to install a gorgeous new fence (more than just a fence really). This fence leads out toward the curb and is visible from the street so it was definitely worth investing in quality. It is quite an up-leveling of our properties too. I highly recommend Mulholland Brand!

We’ve worked with Mulholland Brand twice, once to replace an old gate, and once to replace an old, worn out wooden fence. Both experiences have been great and I would definitely recommend them. They were professional, timely and transparent in their operations. The quality of the product is exceptional and we haven’t had any issues.

We started seeing Mulholland gates pop up in our neighborhood right when we started our exterior remodel which was perfect timing! Our house is south facing and we can't have real wood on the front of our house because the sun destroys it, so when we met Arno and he introduced us to Wood-like Aluminum gates, we were thrilled! Arno was so helpful, and instantly felt like family. He truly cared about getting things right for us and continues to be a good friend to us to this day. We love when people ask us about our gates (which happens all the time!) and we always refer them to Arno! I give Mulholland Brand 5 stars for product quality, installation, and service!

we worked with Mulholland to create a custom pergola and enclosure for our new hot tub/spa. the end product was first rate with a laser cut side panel providing more privacy and and significantly elevated feel. the installers were not in a rush. instead, they really took their time to get everything just right, which was quite a challenge with the pergola sitting atop a custom stone wall with varied heights above the ground. everyone who comes over and sees it raves about how our backyard has been transformed into a tropical oasis! I highly recommend Mulhullond. The quality and aesthetic were worth every penny.

***UPDATED REVIEW AFTER RESPONSE FROM OWNER*** What a complete joke. Before the project even started, I specifically requested a stronger mag lock than the standard option because we deal with high winds in this area. They accommodated the request and charged extra for the upgraded mag lock, which was fine. The real issue has nothing to do with the mag lock. The problem is the motors. They installed LA400 motors, which are underpowered for this application, instead of the LA500 motors that should have been used. That decision appears to have been made to cut costs, and it is what is causing the ongoing failure. When the wind picks up, the motor skips to the next gear tooth, throwing the system out of alignment and forcing another service visit. This is a motor capacity issue, not a lock
