Competitive pricing, excellent customer service, on time, punctual, promptly responsive.
Heading out on vacation this year and made plans to go by and hopefully get a tour and buy something from the store. Arrived the morning of July 8th. All I found was a small room to leave your multitool for repairs. Called help line and was told no tours and no factory store, but I could go to a nearby partner store. So I did they had a total of 3 tools. Disappointed I left and went to my other favorite Portland based knife company where I purchased 3 knives and some merch. I want stop buying Leatherman stuff just wish they had a factory store.
