Multi Systems Inc

This is the most irresponsible company in the world, without exception. They are only attentive at the beginning. Once the installation is completed, they completely ignore all follow-up maintenance. I have called them countless times every single day, yet no one ever responds. The service is absolutely terrible.

Bought a house with a Multi Systems installation and found Chris to be awful. He is the least responsive person on the planet. I’ve emailed and called a dozen times, been promised visits, been given bad information and can’t get them to service out sort their installation. Find someone else or you’ll be very frustrated and disappointed. They appear to charge a ton to install and then never show up again. One of the lights in my house won’t turn off unless you unscrew the bulb. Another stairway turns on from the switch at the bottom but now the top. And several of the programs don’t control the lights or tv as they are labeled to do. I can’t say enough bad things about this business or it’s people. Avoid them at all cost.

Multi Systems is outstanding. The staff are responsive, the expertise is amazing. Bobby came to my home and resurrected a 20 year old Lutron system. He could not be more personable, knowledgeable, and up front with all he had to do. I cant thank him, and his company enough. I highly recommend!!!!
