My favorite vendor by far! Doesn't matter who you talk to (including delivery drivers, counter guys, and management), they're always so helpful and kind. Also appreciate that they don't keep you on hold forever like other places. Best HVAC supply store in the Chicagoland area. Guys are all knowledgeable and efficient. Calls are usually picked up within 10 seconds of phone ringing and service is prompt. Guys know their stuff when it comes to parts and equipment. Prices are very competitive. This is my go to HVAC supply store as a HVAC business owner. A++++

Delivery driver blocked the alley early in the morning when everyone needed to be leaving for work. When asked to move the driver refused and was very rude. He said his boss allows him to block the alley.

I had a fantastic interaction with this company. I stopped in hopeful that they could assist me with some questions I was having with purchasing a new home unit and installation. I worked with a gentleman named Jeremy. While I learned from him that they didn’t actually do installations or service on units, he was knowledgeable and even offered to assist with recommending some trusted contractors that I could contact, which I felt was ‘above and beyond’ service. Because of his knowledge and demeanor I felt confident in the choices he provided and found a stellar company at a reasonable price! Thanks Munch’s (and Jeremy!)
