With windchill way below zero the waste oil heater in my shop stopped working, I left a message in an emergency situation thinking the pipes would freeze and burst. Mark returned my call and had his crew, Larry & Matt at my shop the same day. Very honest and professional group of guys. Working late and getting my waste oil burner back up and running the same day. Can't thank them enough. Great company to do business with.

The team at Murphy Coal & Oil has always been there for my place of business. And there's really nobody else out there I would even consider using for what they do. I've used them for major installation jobs, maintenance and routine repairs. And I have always found them to be very responsive, understanding and easy to deal with. Mark is running a great team over there. And the lead tech Scot is very good at what he does. As a manager, I know it can be very difficult finding an employee like Scot. And the fact that Scot has worked there for as many years as he has tells me that Murphy is a place that takes care of their employees.

We woke up with no heat this morning and the gentleman was here with in 30 min. He came in and went right to work and we kept our distance from each other due to COVID-19. When he was done, he left us the bill which is always reasonable from them. Murphy Coal and Oil are always very professional, responsive, reasonably priced, and respectful of our property. I highly recommend them and truly appreciate their customer service
