Murphy Overhead Doors

We recently had our garage door replaced by Murphy Overhead Doors. We received great service while choosing our new door and placing the order. The office staff were very helpful, quick to respond, and very friendly. Our technician Hunter was punctual, very professional and did a great job removing our old garage door and installing the new door. He provided helpful information on regular maintenance needed to keep the door functioning properly. Our overall experience was great as have been all other experiences with Murphy over the last 10 years, prior to the new door replacement they had repaired our old garage door and installed an opener. Always prompt and professional. I would not hesitation in recommending Murphy Overhead Doors.

Jennifer in the office was extremely nice and provided all the information and advised me of what info I needed to gather. She put me in a 12 to 4 block, and the Installer would call me 30 minutes before he arrived. Well, the phone rang at 12:05 and I was pleased to find out that he was only 15 minutes away. I explained to him what I wanted, what I needed, and an hour and a half later it was complete. Installer was Hunter. he was extremely professional, friendly, and described everything so easily to understand. I can definitely recommend Murphy’s. You get what you pay for, so if you want trash, call somebody else!

Murphy just replaced our well loved overhead door. The entire process from estimate to installation was smooth. Hunter and Zack arrived on time, communicated well, and did an outstanding installation job! I have no reservations recommending Murphy Overhead Doors to friends, family, and colleagues.

New double garage door installed today with all new motor and electronics. This was an excellent experience from start to finish. First Cindy came several weeks ago to assess and price the job. She clearly knew her business and we came to a quick decision on product we wanted and found the price competitive. Custom door arrived within time we were told and Installation scheduled. Hunter arrived within time promised and called ahead that he was on his way. He was very polite and got right to work. Completed job well within time estimated. Hunter installed my garage door last week and I could not be more pleased with the outcome! He was punctual, polite and did a wonderful job at communicating to us the status of the job. Cindy came out and did our original estimate and was very easy to work with, always answered any question I had and made any modifications requested.
