Muse Paintbar - Ridge Hill

The Muse Paintbar is located on the 2nd floor of the Ridge Hill Mall. It was very fun and the place was cozy and felt intimate. The host [Claire]was great along with the other workers especially Jose. I went with a group of my friends and we had an awesome time. The painting session was so very relaxing. The place is a nice size, not too big, but definitely not too small. The music was playing while we painyed and was able to grab a drink or some finger food from the bar. They have the option for a private event for a large group of 10 or more people. Overall, we had a wondeful time and I will definitely be back with my hubby. The mall has an escalator so you dont have to take the stairs and their is a lot of paid parking that is available.

The staff, food and ambiance is always wonderful. The instructor was fantastic, as they usually all are. However, I’ve been here a number of times and it feels that within the last two years the canvases just keep getting smaller. First time I noticed and asked about the change I was told it helped to save on time, paint and keep the price the same. But, the canvas today was EVEN smaller where the prices feel no where near worth it anymore where I can go to other paint places and the canvases are 16x20 for the same or cheaper price. Today’s painting felt like we were using a canvas that was a bit bigger than computer paper and that’s disappointing. The photo shows what was advertised versus the size we’re actually painting.

I believe this was my second time at Muse Paintbar in Ridge Hill, and it was just as amazing as I remembered! I’ve tried both the private space and the public sessions, and honestly, both are great depending on the vibe you’re going for. We went on a Sunday with a group of eight and were surprised at how lively and full the class was, but everything still felt organized and fun. Our guide, Crystal, was absolutely on point. Her playlist had a perfect mix of genres, the volume was just right, and she managed to guide us step-by-step without ever dragging the pace. And shoutout to Cookie, our bartender and helper. She was such a whole vibe. Cookie helped me pick out my drinks and snacks, and her recommendations were spot on. I’d definitely return again, and I’m already hoping I get Crystal a

All in all a great experience! Very pleasant staff and instructors. They’re funny, they walk around and help/assist, and from start to finish a great setup and left with beautiful art I made from scratch! Will definitely come back ! I do wish they had a paper bag or something to carry your completed canvas in. & I don’t recommend the sampler, it wasn’t worth the cost, tasted like frozen foods.

I had a chance to experience Audrey, very welcoming, knowledgeable & friendly as well as she communicated the painting. 10/10. In addition, she had humor. Thanks Audrey.
