Muse Paintbar - VA Beach

Went here Friday for Valentine's Day date night. This was my first time attending a Muse Paint bar class. Upon walking in, we were directed to our assigned table and easels. We were originally assigned to a table with only bar stools, but asked to be moved to a table with actual regular chairs. At first, one staff member seemed like it was an "undoable" task until I spoke with a different person, the man who led our painting class, who easily said it was no problem. That was a little weird tho. Took us a min to get started, not sure what the hold up was. Once we began, I feel like our instructor went at a decent pace and explained directions thoroughly throughout the night. This is actually my 2nd visit to this particular Muse. I truly enjoyed myself!! The instructor Sasha made it very fun and relaxed!! She was very attentive to each painters needs. Sasha was great at offering further instruction or repeating a particular technique. The beverages and food are a little pricey, but the overall experience was great!!! I would definitely suggest this Muse as a fun outing.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful date night at Muse, where he suggested we paint a couples picture together. I had previously visited for Mother’s Day with our kids and was thrilled to return. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the evening. I recommend stopping by the bar for a drink and appetizer to enhance the experience. Muse is a perfect spot to unwind, get creative, and share a memorable evening with your partner or friends.

What a cool experience. I will say personally I think 90 dollars before drinks was steep but also for a cute date night it was well worth the money. I believe miecheal was the person teaching (im sorry if the name is wrong) but he was amazing very helpful clear instructions funny just a great time all around will def be back at some point.

Had my doubts bc it’s been years since we tried anything art related. But the instructors gave clear and easy to follow instructions. Had a blast. Will definitely be returning. Excellent date night.
