I was seeking to renovate a VERY tired fireplace/insert with some sort of Faux Rock as a home owner project. Not knowing anything about what I was doing, I walked in, engaged a VERY helpful sales rep (Kristin Koslowsky) who walked me through the process, helped me pick a product, and in general was just SUPER HELPFUL. No waiting, product loaded into my truck and out in less time than it took me to pick a product from the sample wall... I did manage to pick a product that managed to be a little different than the display in terms of variation in depth of stones, and the outside corners were definitely targeted towards exterior "on lathe screen" application, but worked just fine on my interior fireplace after a little "adjustment". This was a test attempt on a house I plan on selling -

Kristin at the Tualatin store was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me pick out the perfect bricks and stone and the fireplace looks wonderful!!

I would have given Zeek 6 stars, but only 5 were available. I've known Zeek for decades and he has always been a top hand and given me great service. He has a wealth of knowledge and contacts, knows the products and is friendly and easy to work with (99.9% of the time :) ). Zeek keeps the yard clean and VERY organized. Visiting the Durham branch Zeek who works in the yard is hands on and knows his products. I've had many years of excellent service from Zeek. If you ask for Zeek you will be in excellent hands. I can't say enough of his excellent customer service!

Some of the worst customer service that I have ever received - The staff (Specifically Shelly) in the front office have no clue what they are doing and it took them nearly 25 minutes to figure out how to refund my credit card on a return. I would avoid this place like the plague!
