The service is top-notch, and the staff is always friendly and professional: I love that it's open 24 hours, making it super convenient no matter what time I need to park. Not thrilled with this parking garage AT ALL. My car was only parked in here for an hour & a half and on the way up to deliver my car back to me, there was a dent. Attendant Ramon knowingly dented my brand new vehicle on the way up the ramp and did not mention it to me. He accepted my tip knowing that he dented my car, unacceptable. I will never park here ever again. Word of advice always check your vehicle before and after leave a parking garage, take videos and pictures.
