I want to take the time to thank MVP Home Specialists for the job they did replacing my roofs on my house and outbuilding. They handled everything with the insurance company when State Farm was refusing to cover all of the damage. Although it took the intercession of a public adjuster to come to an agreement with State Farm over the course of a year and a half, MVP handled all of it. Their diligence in this matter was greatly appreciated. They kept with it and didn't give in. Once an agreement was made, MVP quickly scheduled the completion of the work. MVP has really out done themselves. They went above and beyond for us. The entire process was so easy and we didn’t even have to do a thing. They handled all the insurance claims, and they also handled the insurance adjuster. MVP always kept in communication and made sure we were aware what was happening and what was going on. One of the best parts, was when we got to pick out the roof and siding. They surprised me with all the selections for roofs as well as multiple selections for siding.
