Fernanda did an amazing job!! I have had other cleaning companies and never ever been happy with their work. This company and especially Fernanda, did a great job, for a good price and cleaned just like I would have done it myself (I’m pregnant, so cleaning is a little harder for me these days). My apartment doesn’t only look and smell clean, IT IS super clean and organized. Thank you so much MW clean service!!

Maria was the wonderful person who cleaned my daughter’s Washington Heights, Manhattan apartment. By calling the office directly, we were able to receive a Groupon price they were offering at the time and I added an additional hour and various other options such as stove and refrigerator cleaning. It is a great gift idea for parents to their adult children and it takes the pressure off them to clean before a visit. She was beyond detailed. She went above and beyond what I expected. I only wished I lived in NYC to hire them full time! I have now booked them again for my daughter’s boyfriend’s apartment in NYC and can’t wait to see how excited he will be to receive this amazing present. Scheduled a deep cleaning for a two-bedroom apartment including cleaning for the closets, cabinets, and baseboards. It came out to about $300. They had sent over one cleaner for a multi-hour deep cleaning session which was already a red flag. While she did a great job in the initial room, I'm assuming the long time it took for her to do a solo clean resulted in a subpar cleaning for the rest of the apartment. I had left her a Swiffer mop with wet and dry pads and brought out the vacuum for her to use. However, when I got home the floors still had dirt and my socks came up dirty. I can only guess that she had used an old broom stashed in one of the closets rather than using the actual vacuum and Swiffer that I had handed over to her? So, yeah. Theresa was assign to my job and she was prompt and hard working. Her English was okay and I was totally pleased. Rate seemed okay.

The lady who cleaned our apartment was lovely, thorough, efficient and careful. She couldn't have done a better job. Thank you.
