I had a great experience with MW Mechanical Services during a major HVAC overhaul at one of my rental properties. The tenant discovered the furnace was no longer working, and so I decided it was time to overhaul the entire HVAC system. They replaced both furnaces and AC units - right over New Year’s Eve and Day, no less. Despite the timing, the team showed up reliably and got the job done efficiently. Finding a great HVAC contractor is not always easy, but when your furnace goes out at 11 o’clock on a Friday night when it’s -4° outside, it’s next to impossible! I went down the list when I googled “Emergency HVAC repair” and the first seven companies I tried told me they could set up an appointment for Monday! I do not write many reviews; however, I am writing this one as I was very impressed with the entire team at MW. I called MW on a Friday morning requesting an inspection of my furnace, they quoted me $98 for the inspection. I requested this inspection as a result of my long-term HVAC company red tagging the furnace during an inspection/cleaning earlier Friday morning. This HVAC companies' technician did not provide, from my perspective, sufficient justification/evidence for red tagging the furnace. The technician appeared to become upset when I asked questions to understand what he saw that made the furnace unsafe. The technician justified red tagging the furnace due to a leaking secondary heat exchanger (and the age of the furnace) yet CO levels were normal and there was no apparent evi

From start to finish, MW Mechanical Services absolutely knocked it out of the park. The estimate Jordan prepared was incredibly detailed—so much so that my brother-in-law, a project manager who has seen it all, was genuinely blown away. He even said you rarely see that level of thoroughness in today’s service industry. Scheduling was a breeze. Lisa in the office was always friendly, responsive, and willing to accommodate anything I needed. On installation day, Seth, Nick, and Jordan showed up ready to go and spent over 10 hours completing the entire project. They installed my new furnace and air conditioner with total professionalism, were extremely polite throughout the day, and left the space spotless. This company is truly top-notch. I recently left another local HVAC contractor due to
