Prolock Locksmith & Car Keys

We had to get our locks re-keyed on a Friday night in a snow storm, and they handled it with no problems or complaints. It didn't seem like they charged us some exorbitant amount for doing the job off hours either. We also had them replace a lock mechanism on a french door at a later date. Their pricing seems competitive and fair.

The whole process went flawlessly. Locksmith quickly replied to my emailed quote request, and arrived a day later. He showed up on time and did a great job (i.e. work was done right, they cleaned up any mess, and they were extremely friendly and professional). I would definitely have them back in the future.

Our technician was excellent. Two of the doors were difficult to lock with the deadbolt. He made some adjustments so they lock more easily at no extra charge.

The guy arrived on time, was friendly, and efficiently fixed/serviced some aging door locks we had so they now work again as good as new. I would certainly recommend if needing a locksmith.

The guy was great, he tried every possible way to not damage the door and to not need to drill and replace the lock which would have been double the cost. Highly recommended.
