James came to our house in 2021 and replaced our lower panel. Excellent experience. Last year, a windstorm left a huge dent in it, and we thought we would need to replace the whole door. After 11 months of parking outside, we finally called MCG. Jose was able to fix it with a couple struts and new springs. It works GREAT! Jose also switched out an old rusty chain opener, to a newer belt opener in less than 30 minutes. He even helped program our old remotes to the new opener.

Great group of professionals, they provided a very cost effective quote for a full garage door replacement compared to other quotes. They responded quickly, very transparent and were able to also fix a framing issue found during the replacement. The final results of the job looked excellent, aligned and opened and closed smoothly with minimal noise.

On time arrival, clear and understanding of situation while offering solutions to choose what works best given the circumstances of the time. Sadly did not get photos of before and after. First day there was to install a self provided motor. This turned into a entire garage including hardware swap due to the condition and oddities that the rollers were in alongside the bottom panel and original install being sub par to say the least. With the timing of the garage door swap decision it was getting late in the day when suppliers start to close but he was able to make it happen and come out the next day. Called this company at 11pm on 11/19/25 with an emergency garage door failure. I live close to Bishop Lynch High School, where one side of the neighborhood is wealthy and the other side is the ghetto, so you can't have your garage door open all night for the thieves to ravage. Our tech Jose was here in 30 minutes. He was awesome: nice, personable, and he's a pro at garage repair. Had the garage door back on the tracks and running great in less than 30 minutes. Could not more highly recommend Jose. Be aware there is a $189 after-hours fee to come outside of regular business hours, so your repair will be very expensive. This business and Jose are great!
