This company cleans my Grandma’s home once a week and wow… they do such an amazing job. I don’t normally leave reviews but I have been so impressed not only by the cleaning but by the way they communicate with my very particular Grandma. Whether about how she has always done things or forgetting to leave the door unlocked, management as well as the crew that comes out have been so accommodating and kind. And on top of the excellent customer service, the house is immaculate when they leave. They truly go above and beyond. Thank you My Cleaning Lady! Highly recommend!

Monthly house cleaning. They came out for the initial job and I was mainly pleased with them and I texted the owner and told her that I was happy. Then the week that they were supposed to some out again, I didn't hear from them by phone or text. So I called and texted them and heard nothing back. Well I called "My cleaning ladies" from another phone so that she didn't recognize my phone number and avoid me again. I left a message about wanting a quote on house cleaning, then the cleaning service, Christina, did call me back. As soon as I told her who I was (in a pleasant tone of voice) and that I wondered why they didn't come out and clean my house this week. Also I wondered why they NEVER RESPONDED TO MY PHONE CALLS AND TEXT MESSAGES, she just HUNG UP ON ME. Fine company if you don't min

My experience with this company has been awful. I called around to multiple cleaning companies in the area for a quote for a deep cleaning before listing my house for sale. An employee came to my home, looked around, and quoted me $150 for the cleaning. I was put on the schedule a couple weeks after my quote but never told me a time. The night before my scheduled cleaning I still had not heard from them about what time they would be at my house. The next morning I received a message saying they were on their way, with very short notice I had to gather my kids and get out of the house so we were not in the way. Halfway through the cleaning I was called and told that $150 would not cover it, even though that was my quoted price. I said ok, I am listing my house for sale today so just please
