Dylan and Chad provided transparent pricing and excellent communication from the estimate through completion including sending us pictures of the project along the way. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and finished our roof in about a day with outstanding workmanship. About a week later, Justin came out for a quality check and was thorough and professional. Cleanup was great, and the whole process exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

What a great team of workers and a wonderful company! We were extremely pleased with the beautiful results.. The employees were friendly, very respectful of our property. They worked diligently throughout the day, only taking a break for lunch. Although the job was a messy one, when they left, there was not even one scrap, one tile, one piece of trash left on our property. JOB WELL DONE! I would recommend Schoenherr Roofing for any and all your roofing needs! I am extremely happy and impressed with the work of Rick Consiglio and his co worker today. They were respectful of my property and were true professionals. I would recommend them for any and all of my future needs.

We were in the market for a total roof replacement. Had multiple estimates from a few different companies. Decided that I wanted to go with Schoenherr do to the fact that out of all the companies they were the only ones that actually checked out the existing roof. Seth did a phenomenal job with explaining everything to us us. Korey the project manager was a pleasure to work with. Sending photos of all work being done. I cannot recommend them enough. Our roof took a day and a half and that was from complete tear off to the last piece of garbage being picked up. They did an amazing job plus did it a week before Christmas. A big thanks to the Schoenherr Roofing team. The work they did and all the communication that went on during the roofing project was outstanding, pictures and keeping us updated on all aspects of the project. If I could give 10 stars to this company I would. The entire team was outstanding, Nate(The sale person), Chad(The project Manager), and the two foreman(Romeno and Alfredo). WOW, my wife and I can't thank Schoennerr roofing enough on such a fantastic job. Granted, this roof was done when it was very cool out and Romeno and Alfredo) worked extremely hard to complete this roof on schedule. Entire roof was replaced at a very reasonable price compared to the competition.

Was referred by a friend, was excited to get photos from the project manger that all looked good. Then I got in the attic and roof. Had I not walked on my roof after the project was complete, I would’ve had shingles with holes, broken shingles, caulk that was done by a first grader, and nails through the trim. After three return trips, everything was up to “professional standard”. I was disappointed that bathing venting was changed, ran across the attic instead of straight out. This change was never brought to my attention. I have asked every three weeks on closing out the building permit, and no longer get responses nor confirmation that it was complete. I recommend don’t pay for services until they’ve been completed. In this case should have held a few hundred back to ensure the work tha
