My Comfort Team was sent by my home warranty company for a second opinion on my furnace after my initial claim was denied because the first contractor had not been thorough. This is a problem I often encounter with warranty company contractors, so I was not expecting much. To my surprise, the experience was excellent!! There was a scheduling mix-up at first, but the owner personally called me while she was on vacation to resolve it. She stayed involved throughout the process and made sure everything was handled properly. Their technician Jeremy was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough, spending far more time inspecting my furnace than the first technician. He reassured me that they would take care of it, though parts might be difficult to find since my furnace is ove

Provider for the home warranty for the home we just bought. Quick to contact us and quick to come out. Did a thorough inspection of the hvac system. Showed me the problem and explained what would have to be done to repair the system. Explained that due age/and no longer able to get parts, that the system will need to be replaced.

Jerimy Anderson is the best technician you could ask for. He explained the issue and solution step by step to keep us updated. Everything works amazingly and finished everything efficiently. Highly recommend.
