I have used Prime Pest Control for many years. When I moved into the house, there was a severe ant infestation. They were able to treat it. They solved the problem. The owner and technicians are great! I would highly recommend this company to everyone!

Today, our home was serviced by Vance. This was my first time meeting him, and he was very nice young man. He was professional, friendly, thorough, and patient w/our doggies!!! We have been a customer for so many years, and have never been disappointed by ANY, of Prime's services. Customer service is excellent. The promptness, and ability to accommodate us if an emergency arises, is so much appreciated! Kayla is always very kind and pleasant, and Shannon is simply, the BEST.

Vance wrapped up our initial visit today. He explained what he was going to do and showed me on the paperwork where the procedures were reflected. He went around the house first and got into the nooks and crannies that pests would be most likely to hide, in addition to the broader areas. He explained that it would dry quickly and noted that it's non-toxic for my pets. I was glad there wasn't a horrible scent, as has happened with other pest control services. He let me know that if any pests were currently inhabiting the house, there's a chance they may reveal themselves as they crawl from their hiding spots in search of escape. Shannon helped me on the phone and was very personable. He got someone (Vance) out very quickly (same day) when I was having an issue. Vance was very thorough and also very personable. The pricing and contract is also super reasonable.
